Beginning 30 days before your big day, I will step in to bring your plans to life, working with the vendors you’ve already chosen to ensure everything runs like clockwork, managing timelines, handling logistics, and tackling any surprises, so you don’t have to lift a finger.

This coordination package includes:

• Vendor Liaison: Beginning with a comprehensive consultation to align with your vision and finalize the details, our planner will act as the primary point of contact with vendors you have already contracted to confirm details, arrival times, and setup. Our planner will conduct a venue walkthrough identifying potential challenges, to plan logistics and confirm setup details with your vision in mind.

• Timeline Creation & Management: Develop a detailed timeline based on your plans to share with vendors & key participants.

• Setup Oversight: Our planner will supervise the setup of ceremony and reception spaces and coordinate with your florists, caterers, and rental companies to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Ceremony Coordination: Our planner will manage the ceremony flow, including cues for the processional, recessional and special moments as well as assist with guest ushering and reserved seating arrangements for family and VIPs.

• Reception Management: Oversee key reception events, including the grand entrance, first dance, toasts and cake cutting. Ensure smooth transitions to keep the celebration vibrant and on schedule.

• Problem Solving: Support you and your wedding party with day-of needs such as managing personal items or attire adjustments. Ensure you have moments to eat, hydrate, and fully enjoy your celebration.

• Breakdown Supervision: Oversee cleanup and breakdown, ensuring your vendors follow through on their responsibilities. We will coordinate the return of personal items to you or a designated contact.
